This balsamic vinegar has been made according to the traditional method developed by the Mussini company using only preserved grape must and fine, mature wine vinegar. It has a syrupy consistency, a dark colour and a balanced sweet-sour flavour with aromas of plums and vanilla. Ideal with braised or grilled vegetables, roasted meats, fish and mature cheese as well as with fruit salad, desserts and ice cream.
