The hand-forged, 14 centimetre long blade is made from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel. It is non-rusting, ice-hardened, hand-sharpened and honed to the heel. With its convex handle made from premium smoked oak, this knife both looks good and feels safe in your hand.
