All the cuvées from the Alfred Gratien winery mature for a long time in oak barrels. This unique tradition is down to the skills and experience of the Jaeger family, who have been master cellarers at the vineyard for four generations. The Brut Classique has a beautiful yellow colour with vivid sparkles. Complex on the nose, it brings together the freshness of white fruits and hints of spice with the typical yeast aromas of cellar maturation and subtle woody notes. On the palate, it develops a wonderful, lively acidity that lasts until the finish. This Champagne is part of the exclusive Travel Edition from the house of Alfred Gratien and is served in First Class on Lufthansa flights.
