That's because the Wittmanns from Rhine-Hesse are convinced that limestone soil is the best substrate for their Rieslings. This wine has aromas of yellow fruits and apples. On the palate, it has a clear, elegant structure and a juicy freshness; the mouthfeel is dry with well-incorporated acidity.
