This red wine from Veneto is produced in a special process that is only used for rare vintages: a secondary fermentation on the warm skins of the Tommasi Amarone grape. Its rich character and aromatic fullness give the Ripasso the personality of a truly great wine. In the glass it displays an intense ruby red, while the bouquet has notes of black pepper and raisins. The taste is balanced, intense and spicy, with aromas of sweet cherries.
