With its powerful motor with a processing speed of 3,000 Watt and a high-quality stainless steel blade, the electronic meat mincer can mince fresh meat in seconds. The large feed pan allow the mincer to process even large quantities of meat easily. Once the roughly chopped pieces of meat are placed in the pan, the metal worm and the gear box send the meat through to the stainless steel blade, where it is chopped and then pushed through the grinding plates, The plates come in three sizes and can easily be swapped out by removing the retainer ring. If the retainer ring on the feed chute is also removed, the machine can be completely disassembled for cleaning.
