This compact appliance comes with a powerful compressor that freezes your ice cream creations quickly - without you having to pre-freeze cooling elements in advance. Besides homemade ice cream, the Gelatissima allows you to prepare frozen yoghurt and sorbet with ease, too. The large ice cream container has a one-litre capacity and is removable and easy to clean. This ice cream maker offers three different modes: mixing, cooling, or mixing and cooling for ice cream. This allows for optimum control of the production process.
