If only all kitchen scales were as beautiful and as simple as these ones from SMEG! They combine both an analogue and a digital display and measure in increments of 1 gram. They come with a large measuring bowl that is suitable for liquid and dry ingredients, feature a tare function and can weigh up to 5 kilograms. Thanks to their auto-off feature, they are extremely economical - if nothing is weighed when the display show 0 grams, the scales turn off after one minute; if the display shows anything higher, they turn off after three minutes. This allows the battery - easy to charge via USB-C - to last up to 36 hours.
