They place considerable emphasis on superior quality, perfect drinking maturity and a fair price, as represented by the animal masks they wear: the pig discovers the "truffles" (the best wines), the squirrel looks after them until they are perfectly matured, while the clever fox ensures a fair price. This exquisite Riesling cuvée made using handpicked grapes from Grand Cru vineyards in the Rheingau is sophisticated and fruity with a mineral finish and a perfect example of their work.
