This outstanding vintage sparkling wine from the Rheingau is matured for at least 36 months. In the glass, it's a very delicate pink with a particularly lively perlage. It then delights with its full aromas and intense flavour: berries and brioche in the nose, while on the palate the fruity notes of the Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) are further enhanced by the delicately sparkling bubbles. The perfect balance of power and finesse is rounded off by the long, creamy finish.
