The "Berg Schlossberg" vineyard in Rüdesheim is a classic Riesling terroir. The "BS" in the name of this exclusive Rheingau sparkling wine, intended as a tribute to the world-famous vineyard, refers to this. Only 576 bottles were bottled, each one signed by hand. With an incredible 78 months on the lees, the Schloss Vaux BS Riesling Brut 2011 is an extremely complex sparkling wine - dreamily playful and highly expressive, distinguished and opulent, with fruity flavours and spicy roasted notes.
