This gourmet salt is extracted from nature reserves on the Ibiza salt flats. The small fragile crystals only form when there is plenty of sun, low humidity and a constant wind. They are unique in texture and taste and very rich in minerals. This hand-harvested Sal de Ibiza Fleur de Sel is particularly mild and fresh and can be used to enhance spicy and sweet dishes.
