Nine Japanese botanicals were used to create this aromatic craft gin. These include citrus fruits such as yuzu and orange as well as cypress and cherry blossom. These are complemented by other botanicals such as juniper berries and coriander. The fine aromas are extracted through infusion and the resulting liquid is then distilled in small batches. It is the mixture of delicate Japanese flavours and traditional ingredients that give this gin its unique flavour that begins with citrus notes and finishes with juniper.
