The Mein Hans MD 1000 digital multi pressure cooker is a real all-rounder that can replace up to nine kitchen appliances - use it for boiling, steaming, frying and braising, for preparing creamy rice pudding or yoghurt, for baking bread and it will even allow you to use trendy cooking methods such as sous vide and slow cooking. A total of 14 cooking programs are available, with or without steam pressure. The electronic system controls the cooking process fully automatically and all programmes can be individually adapted. It switches off automatically and the subsequent keep-warm mode keeps a dish at the right temperature for up to an hour. A universal kitchen appliance that you'll always want to keep close to hand.
