The Robert Weil winery in Rheingau, founded in 1875, has been in the family for four generations and is now led by Wilhelm Weil. Since then, only Riesling has been cultivated in the hills around Kiedrich. By consistently cultivating this varietal, working according to strict quality standards, and selectively hand-picking the grapes, then using an exceptionally gentle wine maturation in the cellar, the vineyard has become known for the production of tremendous, unique wines. This Kabinett Riesling stands out with an animated fruitiness and well-integrated acidity. Ideal with asparagus or fish.
