Even wafer-thin carpaccio or the finest serrano slices are no problem for the powerful 130W DC motor in combination with the serrated blade. That said, precision is not the only thing that sets the serano7 apart - prolonged operation is another factor. The short duty cycle of up to 10 minutes is almost twice as long as that offered by devices with AC motors. This means the speed of the blade can be infinitely adjusted to your specific requirements via a controller, adapting the settings to whatever you want to cut.

Safety is ensured - not only by the blade cover, but also by the safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation. Cutting is easy thanks to the large, smooth-running carriage. Robust stainless steel plating ensures stability and a firm hold. The carriage can be removed with ease for cleaning. Whatever food you cut is collected in an appropriate tray (included). Bread, cheese, sausages or meat can all be cut into perfect slices with the serano7. This stainless steel appliance looks great in any kitchen and can fit anywhere thanks to its compact dimensions.
