Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs, made from 100 per cent Chardonnay grapes, is defined by freshness, liveliness and finesse. In the glass it displays a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a particularly fine, long-lasting perlage. On the palate, it fascinates with its striking character: first, you notice the refreshing flavour of citrus fruits and apple, which is then rounded off perfectly by aromas of yellow pomelo. The finish is elegant and balanced. Apanage Blanc de Blancs is a classic aperitif, but it is also a perfect companion to caviar, game fish or scallops.
