The Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate monitor that provides you with maximum freedom of movement and multiple options for viewing and recording your workouts. Press the power-on button, then choose the mode you want: swimming mode, heart rate mode for live broadcasting or recording of data. Wear the monitor using the strap wherever you find it comfortable, or simply attach it to your swimming goggles while you're swimming. With Bluetooth®, ANT+, and internal memory, you can connect Polar Verity Sense to a sports watch or app to see your workout in real time, or view your data afterwards.
