This sparkling white wine from 2021 has, as the name Zero Infinito suggests, been produced without the use of chemicals. In the glass, it radiates a straw-yellow colour. Besides floral, slightly aromatic essences of elderflower and mountain flowers, its nose has fruity notes of apple, pear, apricot and peach. First savoured by the nose, these aromas then dance on the tongue, making this white wine juicy, spicy and vibrant on the palate. A refreshing aperitif that goes perfectly with cold meat starters.
