The grind provided by these mills that are made from PEFC-certified* beech wood can be adjusted infinitely using the rotary knob that is sited on the head of the mill: the tighter the knob is rotated, the finer the produce that is ground. The stainless steel grinding mechanism of the salt mill is corrosion-resistant and specifically designed for grinding dry salts such as rock salt or sea salt. Both of the mills can be easily filled up by unscrewing the head.
