An exceptional Champagne with sublime notes of fruit and delicate spices, made truly unique by the addition of red wine using a solera system that has been employed for over 35 years. In this system the wine is matured in wooden casks, which are partially emptied every year and then filled with a younger vintage. Over time this creates a very aromatic, balanced blend. The rosé solera reveals aromas of wild strawberry blackcurrant and cassis, with a delicately spicy background of vanilla and cinnamon. Fresh and round on the palate, it features silky tannins and a fruity elegance.
