These grapes are known for their freshness and elegance - they have a formative influence on the estate's style. The crystal-clear, harmonious champagne beguiles with its subtle scents of citrus fruits, white blossoms and almonds. On the tongue, it is fresh and silky, followed by light mineral notes in the finish. An excellent aperitif, but also an exquisite accompaniment to a good meal.
