This Champagne is the Prestige Cuvée from Palmer & Co. The master cellarer used a base wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the best locations and years. The assemblage was then supplemented with Solera Chardonnay, which began maturing in barrels more than 30 years ago. This creates the perfect balance of aromas. Amazone de Palmer & Co has a beautiful nose with notes of yellow and exotic fruits, dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg. This is followed by nuances of wood, toast and brioche. The flavour is complex and intensive, yet also extremely fresh.
