Note: This is an automatic watch. Manual winding should only be used to start up the watch for the first time (10-15 complete turns). After that the watch is wound automatically by the flywheel whilst being worn.
Manual winding does not extend the power reserve of the watch - with an automatic movement you reach the "maximum" at a certain point, and over-winding could even damage the watch.
