Jean-Rémy Moët, founder of Moët & Chandon, believed in the untouchable power and seductive effect of champagne. Impérial is deemed to be the epitome of luxury. It entices with its light fruitiness, its seductive bouquet and its convincing maturity. Nuances of dried flowers and honey are soon interwoven with aromas of candied fruit, citrus peel and apricots, and are subtly rounded off with smoky, rye notes. After an initial softness, the full body comes through with vibrating spicy notes and a hint of vanilla.
