This elegant wine is a tribute to the recording studio at the Château Miraval estate in southern France, where many recordings were made by famous bands. The grapes come from land on the Riviera, where the proximity of the sea influences the salinity of the soils. This gives the wine its unique character. The colour: a clear, very pale rosé. The nose: the floral aromas of the maquis. On the palate, the wine has an opulent flavour with notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit and fig, as well as a slight mineral tang. The long finish is subtly bitter with notes of iodine and lemon. A true explosion of aromas.
