This ultra-premium tequila has matured for at least 18 months in various oak barrels. It originates from the highlands of Jalisco, which is seen as the birthplace of Mexico's national drink, and pays homage to the traditions, culture and people of the region. The unique flavour is achieved by using only selected ingredients and a careful production technique. Mijenta Tequila Añejo has an intensive golden colour with copper reflections as well as aromas of cocoa and hints of toffee, agave and tobacco. It is velvety smooth on the palate with complex flavours of dried fruits, spices and coffee.
