Fresco di Masi Rosso is made with the simplicity of former times, but to today's high quality standards. Processed entirely by hand, only wild yeast is used and the wine is not matured in wooden barrels. It is also vegan and unfiltered. The result is a clear, cherry-red colour with a slight cloudiness. The bouquet features a vibrant scent of cherries, which presents itself on the palate in all its fruitiness. The intensive, linear taste, the fresh acidity and the low alcohol content make this red wine particularly drinkable.
