Fresco di Masi Bianco is made with the simplicity of former times, but to today's high quality standards. The organically grown grapes are processed by hand. Only wild yeast is used and the wine is not fermented in wooden barrels. It is also vegan and unfiltered. The result is an intensive straw-gold colour with delicate copper reflections and a slight cloudiness. The bouquet is lush with aromas of pears and floral notes. The flavour features beautifully integrated fruit, which is reminiscent of the sweet and sour taste of pineapple. The finish is fresh and clear.
