Herrenberg is a little patch of land on a limestone ridge in Ungstein in the Palatinate region. This classified vineyard location for large vines is surrounded by old sandstone walls, which gives it a unique microclimate. To make this wine, the fully ripe, healthy grapes are handpicked, gently pressed and stored in used wooden barrels. This creates a light and elegant wine with fruity aromas and a mineral finish.
