Luce Toscana is the first wine from Montalcino that unites the elegance and structure of Sangiovese grapes with the round and soft character of Merlot grapes. It is aged for 24 months in barrique casks. The ruby red of Luce 2020 hits the nose with floral notes of violet and rose, accompanied by raspberry and sweet spices. On the palate it unfolds in a balanced and elegant manner supported by a nearly creamy texture of silky, well integrated tannins. Spicy accents come to the fore in the sustained finish. An intensive wine with great cellaring potential.
