Ernst Loosen from Bernkastel on the Mosel and Peter Barry from the Clare Valley in South Australia have been friends for more than 30 years. In 2015, the two winemakers decided to each start Riesling projects at their wineries. The name of the wine from Germany: Walhalla. On the Mosel, Riesling grapes were vinified in stainless steel, following the Australian model. This wine has a fine elegance and offers an impressive and balanced fruitiness. It goes well with fish, white meat and acidic dishes.
