The grapes for this Rheingau Riesling come from the Rüdesheim Drachenstein vineyards. The wine is characterised by the mineral soil and an exotic fruitiness. On the nose, it features notes of peach, apricot and yellow plum. On the palate, it develops hints of papaya and passion fruit, which are complemented by yeasty notes. An animated spiciness and the pleasant sweet and sour balance make the Dragonstone stand out among the usual residually sweet Rieslings.
Goes perfectly with fish and oriental cuisine.
