This cast iron frying and serving pan is a must-have for any kitchen! It can be used on the hob and in the oven, features excellent heat retention properties and an ergonomic handle that is comfortable to hold. When using this Signature Collection, classic Volcanic colour pan at the table, two spouts on the sides make pouring simple and ensure that nothing drips. The handle and helper handle make it easy to lift the pan and move it from hob to oven to table. This frying pan is dishwasher-safe and can, of course, be washed by hand using warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. To create a patina on the inside, which both looks appealing and has non-stick properties, simply clean the pan with water only. The patina will build up naturally over time.
