Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is a Cuvée made from vintages in which the grapes display an optimal ripeness with a low level of acidity. Therefore, a dosage - the addition of sugar - is not required to achieve the desired balance of flavour. This extremely fresh, naturally dry Champagne features a very light, crystal-clear colour while complex aromas of citrus, blossom and white fruits as well as salty nuances give it a unique character. The finish is pure, light and surprisingly long.
