The bouquet has notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, strawberry and black cherries while red berry flavours also dominate the palate. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is made using selected Chardonnay grapes. It has a light colour, a fine, long-lasting perlage and mineral aromas with notes of citrus. After a lively opening, this Champagne develops a balanced presence on the palate - fresh with strong citrus aromas in the finish.
