The Château de Thauvenay vineyard is one of four castles in the wine-growing region of Sancerre, not far from the Loire. This is where the grapes for this elegant, extremely aromatic white wine are grown. It has a pale yellow colour with delicate green reflections. On the nose, it features an intense aroma of exotic fruit and is full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate. Perfect served with fish and seafood or with a dry goat's cheese.
