The special thing about Marguerite Friedlaender-Wildenhain's Bauhaus design is that the stand ring of the espresso cup fits perfectly into the hole in the saucer, creating a topple-proof object that is perfect in both shape and function. These espresso cups were originally created purely as a design study and were not available to buy.
