The special thing about Marguerite Friedlaender-Wildenhain's Bauhaus design is that the stand ring of the espresso cup fits perfectly into the hole in the saucer, creating a topple-proof object that is perfect in both shape and function. This espresso cup was originally created purely as a design study and was not available to buy. It is therefore a real one-off; a must-have for all aficionados and collectors of classic Bauhaus aesthetic.
