With this automatic coffee machine you can now enjoy top-quality coffee specialities in the comfort of your own home - hot and cold! The special feature of the JURA Z10 is its Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which was developed by the engineers at JURA to ensure optimal grinds for each individual speciality. Controlled electronically, the precision grinder adjusts to predefined grind settings within a fraction of a second. It can yield grinds from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long specialities. If desired, you can also select the grind on an individual basis before each brew. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 can prepare extremely fresh and aromatic cold brew specialities. This extracts coffee using pulsed cold water under high pressure. In the cup, the result is a natural, energising refreshing drink accentuating the fruity flavours of the coffee, without overpowering it with bitterness. The eighth generation brewing unit ensures that the water flows evenly through the ground coffee powder at multiple levels, maximising aroma extraction.
