A masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of speciality coffees on offer. At the touch of a button it will prepare a full palette of hot beverages from intense espresso to a hip flat white. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognises the coffee option selected and instantly adjusts the grind to precisely the right level. JURA has constructed the eighth generation brewing unit for the Z10. With its 3 D brewing technology, water flows evenly through the ground coffee over several levels. This means that you get to enjoy absolutely all of the aroma, with hot coffees as well as cold brew.

JURA has developed a pioneering cold brew process - a refreshingly (in all senses of the word) brilliant innovation. Cold water is slowly pulsed through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure.
