At JURAworld of Coffee in Switzerland, top-quality raw coffees of various origins are combined to create harmonious bouquets and carefully roasted using traditional methods. Pure Origin is a premium grade arabica coffee from India. It is grown in the states of Karnataka and Kerala (Tellichery and Malabar) and in the southeast state of Tamil Nadu (Nilgeris). The harvested beans are processed to yield the uniquely distinctive smooth flavour of the India Malabar Monsooned. This is a very mild, acid-free coffee characterised by a spicy, powerful body, mellow with a pleasant mouthfeel. This low acid coffee is ideal for an espresso in the evening or for a café crème.
