A classic Pinot Noir from Oregon, fermented with local yeasts and aged in barrels for up to 18 months. A soft red colour in the glass, with full aromas of red and black fruits on the nose and notes of vanilla, toffee and tea. This wine is juicy and full-bodied on the palate, with refreshing acidity and silky tannins. The elegant wood accents emphasise the fruit flavours without drowning them out.
