This gin is carefully triple-distilled by hand using 22 botanicals, with only natural spices and fresh berries being added to the pot still. The basis for the typical taste of the gin is juniper, angelica root, coriander seed, ginger root, a little cinnamon and a hint of lavender. Additional fruity notes come from lemon zest as well as elderflower, hops, mint and raspberry. The Huckleberry Gin's signature botanical - blueberry - is added during the final step of distillation, giving the gin its unique flavour.
