When opened, the carriage lock immediately stabilises the MYtiny multi-purpose slicer, ensuring it's safe and ready to use. The serrated stainless steel blade can be used in a variety of ways, and the cutting width is infinitely adjustable from 0-15 millimetres. The appliance also has an automatic child safety lock, a quick-action/continuous operation switch and a swing-out cable winder that allows the cable length to be individually adjusted.
