This is an homage to the first wines that were made around 4,500 years ago in Georgia. The prolonged fermentation technique in which the white grapes are left with skins and seeds intact - a process usually reserved for making red wine - gives the wine its orange colour and its unusual, complex flavour. Orange wine has been popular for many years now, and this organic wine is an exquisite example: eclectic, very fresh and with luxuriant notes of peach, apricot and yellow plum on the nose. On the palate it features a fine texture with soft, round, precise aromas that balance wonderfully with the tannins.
