The vineyards between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees in the south of France are the ideal region for growing Grenache grapes. In this dry, sunny environment, the grapes can develop their aromas perfectly. This makes them perfect for light, racy, fruity rosé wines. This Cuvée Gris Blanc is a perfect example of this. In the glass, it has a very pale pink colour with grey and white nuances. The bouquet features notes of red berries and a light sparkle on the palate really brings out the fruity flavours. The elegant finish is pleasantly fresh and minerally. This wine goes well with the intensive spiciness of oriental dishes.
