The grapes for this cuvée from the Languedoc region come from biodynamically farmed soils. The unique blend of seven grape varieties results in an outstanding wine with an impressive balance of ripe fruits, spices and acidity. An intense ruby red in the glass, the nose is dominated by aromas of fully ripe black fruits. Blackberry, plum and dark cherry also characterise the flavour, accompanied by velvety tannins, toasted notes and hints of mint. The finish is long and perfectly balanced.
