Daily training suggestions for running and cycling provide precise instructions based on current training load and training status data. Heart rate chest straps

The chest straps included in this bundle record your heart rate data via ANT+® in real time. While the HRM-Pro™ supports the recording of running efficiency values, saves heart rate data during swimming and is also equipped with its own fitness tracker functions, the HRM-Swim™ focusses purely on swimming. This means that you consistently receive accurate heart rate data on your smartwatch, and with the HRM-Pro™, even in training apps like Zwift and on compatible fitness equipment at the gym. Thanks to Physio TrueUp, your activity data like steps, intensity minutes and calorie consumption are saved in your Garmin Connect™ profile even without the watch.

Orientation and analysis in real time

Whether you are running through the streets in the city or on trails in the forest, the integrated map of the Forerunner® 945 LTE helps you to stay on the right path. Even while running, you can analyse your pace, heart rate and heart rate variability (with the connected chest strap). This gives you an estimate of your performance in real time. And after each workout, the integrated recovery advisor gives you information on how long to rest after a training session.

Comfort and endurance

The silicone strap is soft and comfortable to wear and the resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass DX protects the transflective MIP display that is easy to read even in strong sunlight. The Forerunner® is waterproof up to 5 bar and is a little battery miracle: in smartwatch mode, it has a battery life of up to 2 weeks. In GPS mode with music and LTE LiveTrack, the battery lasts up to 7 hours.
