This blended malt scotch is created using carefully selected whiskies. They are matured in bourbon casks and hogshead barrels for at least eight years, and neither dyed nor cold filtered. Sweet vanilla, caramelised apple and roasted rolled oat nuances dominate on the nose, while maple syrup aromas with peach and warm spicy notes follow on the palate. Oak notes round off this sweetness in a full-bodied finale. Fable whiskies are produced in selected distilleries and feature mythical stories on their labels.
